DIY Dividers

I’ve been eyeing some new dividers for my Kikki K (aka my baby) for a hot minute now,  but with the No Buy November that is not an option for me at the moment. But my dividers were starting to look a little rough around the edges so I had to do something. I dusted off my creative thinking and starting looking for a way to DIY some new dividers and it turns out to be ridiculously easy.

DSC00894What you’ll need is:

  • Your old dividers
  • Some patterned paper of your choosing. I used a coloring book I found a couple months ago on sale at Barnes & Noble.
  • A pencil
  • A pair of scissors
  • A hole punch

First, we’re going to trace each divider on the patterned paper. Make sure you like how the pattern lines up on the traced divider.

Next, we’ll cut and hole punch each divider.

And if you want to go the extra mile, you could run each divider through a laminator, cut out, and then hole punch again.

And there you go! A brand new set of dividers, that I like more than the old ones, for free because I already had all of the supplies I needed. I’d say that’s a successful DIY for the Planners & Coffee No Buy November.

What do you guys think? Do you like this DIY and/or do you have any that you’re working on? We’re always excited to hear some new ideas.

Happy Planning, Y'all!
